In-house design and build. From idea to punch list...one team.
What You Can Expect
Over 31+ years, we have developed a process that builds confidence and trust with our clients and delivers consistent results.
1
Walk the Site
Our team walks the house with you, talks through what you want, and takes pics and measurements.
2
Budget & Design
We propose a general budget, collect a deposit and then create drawings based on real world measurements and build intentions.
3
Selections & Approval
Approve and finalize the design. Pick out tile, fixtures, cabinets and counters.
4
Let's Build!
With a finalized budget in place, we get to work. You receive weekly udpates through our client portal.
5
Completed Project
We finish final inspections and punch list items and deliver your project with Tom Williams' name on it.
